A Letter for She Who Opened This
You didn't open this because things are fine.
You opened it because something in you is asking for more space than you've been giving yourself. Maybe you're in the middle of perimenopause, or menopause, or the strange after of it — the territory that has no clear map. Maybe you just feel different. Maybe you feel like you're supposed to be holding it together better than you are.
This journal is not about fixing anything.
It isn't a 30-day transformation program. There's no worksheet at the end, no progress tracker, no badge for finishing. It is simply this: thirty days with one question. One invitation. One small, deliberate permission slip — from you, to you.
Each day asks you to allow yourself something you've been withholding. Not because you weren't allowed. But because somewhere along the way, you forgot that you were.
You are in the pause between who you were and who you're becoming. That pause deserves to be lived in — not endured, not rushed, not quietly survived.
Start where you are. Write what's actually true. No one is grading this.
With you,
Tew
