Day 10

Permission to Be Angry

without softening it

Not frustrated. Not disappointed. Not 'a little bothered.' Angry. Fully, cleanly, without softening it at the edges to make it easier for someone else to receive. Your anger knows something. It has been trying to tell you for a long time.

Reflect on this

  1. 1

What are you angry about that you've been calling by a softer name?

  2. 2

Who or what are you protecting with your softened version of the truth?

  3. 3

What does your anger want you to know? If it had one clear message, what would it be?
