Day 04
on a Tuesday, for no particular reason
Not on a weekend. Not after you've earned it. On a Tuesday, in the middle of the day, with no particular reason beyond the fact that your body asked and you finally said yes. Rest is not a reward. It is a right.
Reflect on this
What story do you tell yourself about rest? Where did that story come from?
When was the last time you rested without guilt? What made it possible?
What would it mean to treat your own need for rest as fully legitimate — not something to earn?
